Engineered Through Spinning

Prestressed High-Strength Concrete (PHC) spun piles are manufactured using a high-speed centrifugal spinning process rather than conventional casting. During spinning, centrifugal force compacts the concrete while driving out excess water and trapped air. The hollow core is formed naturally through this process—not by using a hollow mould.

The result is denser, stronger concrete with fewer voids, lower permeability, and superior durability. It is this unique manufacturing process that sets spun piles apart from conventional precast piles.

Underground foundations are constantly exposed to moisture, chlorides, sulfates, and other aggressive elements that can lead to reinforcement corrosion over time.
