Many in the industry often assume that Subang Jaya’s hard ground makes driven pile installation challenging. However, ICP Piles proved otherwise. The project required penetration depths of 18m to 30m, combined with the complexity of a deep foundation supporting one basement level. By using the injection piling method, ICP Piles achieved the necessary depth and precision with minimal disturbance to nearby structures, such as railway stations. This demonstrates ICP Piles’ capability and service to allow the installation work carried out safely and efficiently, addressing typical city-center challenges.
High-Strength Spun Piles for Urban Stability
To meet the designed column load requirements, ICP supplied 350mm and 450mm Grade 100 thick-wall spun piles. These high-grade piles provided the strength and durability needed for tall residential structures. With Subang Jaya’s challenging geotechnical conditions, the piles were able to deliver reliable performance even in a shorter timeframe, ensuring efficient and precise installation in the city’s core.
